WAI YUEN TONG - 28-days Postnatal Care Soup Nourishing Pack

Taking a one-month long rest is Chinese tradition for a postnatal woman. If appropriate treatment is received during this period, some common after-birth symptoms such as dizziness, headache, waist and shoulder pains, getting cold easily, tiredness and irregular menstruation can be alleviated.
Therefore, Wai Yuen Tong has prepared the ‘28-days Postnatal Care Soup’(Nourishing Pack) including 28 packs of raw ingredient using high quality Chinese herbs like Codonopsis Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Glehniae Radix for postnatal treatment.

Functions：
The treatment is divided into 4 stages to tonify qi, tonify blood, tonify yin and secure yang.

Ingredient：
Codonopsis Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Glehniae Radix, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Poria, Asini Corii Colla, Cervi Cornus Colla and other traditional Chinese herbs.

Dosage：
Tonic Soup 1/2/3：
Prepare 5 bowls of water, soak the Chinese herbs with water and then wash. (Please also prepare 3 pieces of Jujubae Fructus when preparing Tonic Soup 3). Put all the ingredients into the pot and stew it with gentle heating. Make sure that the amount of tonic soup after stewing can be divided into 2 bowls. Drink one bowl in the morning and one in the evening (Can be served before or after meals).

Tonic Soup 4：
Asini Corii Colla and Cervi Cornus Colla are pulverized and separated into 2 small bags, take these bags out first. Prepare 5 bowls of water, soak the rest of the Chinese medicines with water and then wash. Put all the ingredients into the pot and stew it with gentle heating. Make sure that the amount of tonic soup after stewing can be divided into 2 bowls. Put the powders of Asini Corii Colla and Cervi Cornus Colla into the stewed tonic soup and use spoon to stir it until the powders are totally dissolved. Drink one bowl in the morning and one in the evening (Can be served before or after meals).
