Delivery takes about 1-7 days. Delivery time is from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm (depending on the region). There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
There is no delivery service on Hong Kong Island on Wednesdays
Sai Kung, Tai Mong Tsai and Clear Water Bay are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan are on Mondays and Thursdays.
New machine delivery, no elevator, stairs required, all products are subject to an additional charge of $50 per unit/floor (depending on product and model, please check with the merchant)
