Vinification: Maceration of 8 to 10 days after the warming of the must. 2/3 of the harvest is aged in stainless-steel tanks and 1/3 in barrels.

An elegant wine with good maturity and a distinctive finish. History: For more than four generations, this estate situated in Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, near Saint-Emilion, has been the property of the Dupuy Family. It has always been known for its terroir, tradition and quality. In 1981, Jacques Dupuy began to manage this estate of 11 hectares (27 acres). Since 1984, thanks to Jacques Dupuy, the vineyard increased significantly, and now spreads over 20 hectares (50 acres). Today with his son Eric, they manage Chateau Gros Caillou/ Chateau Moulin de Cantelaube and have significantly improved the winery through their passion and efforts. |

Free delivery for purchase over $350 or above. If a bottle of wine is considered to be faulty, please notify us immediately and it should be returned at once for our examination within 2 working days. No complaint will be entertained unless this condition is observed. Customers are requested to examine the goods at the time of delivery and please advise us as soon as possible of any deficiencies and/or breakages.
