Product efficacy:

Generally recommended bathing method:
Soak in water that feels appropriate (about 39-40°C) to raise core body temperature.
Recommended massage method:
Sit with your knees straight and press the depression behind the knees with your thumbs. Grasp your ankles with both hands and massage behind the knees to relax the entire foot.
