Delivery instructions: The product will be shipped within 7-21 days after purchase. Delivery does not include installation. If you need installation, you will be charged according to the price in the product detailed introduction. The parking fees and stair fees incurred during delivery will be replaced. The cost of old furniture is not included. If all furniture has packaging boxes or bags, please keep them as proof. If there are no boxes or bags, all damage will be deemed to have been caused by the guest and will not be replaced.
Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories (additional $150 to Tung Chung, $150 to Ma Wan and $500 to Discovery Bay, $50 to Tai Tam, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Shek O, Stanley, The Peak, Sha Tau Kok and Po Toi O) , in other areas, please check with the merchant for separate quotations.
Village houses only provide free delivery to the downstairs. If the delivery address cannot be reached directly by a truck and needs to be pushed, the first 100 meters of flat ground is free. If there are steps and more than 100 meters, there will be additional charges. If the delivery address does not have an elevator, an additional $100 will be charged for each item on each floor.
If there are any errors or omissions in the delivery information, delivery may be delayed.
Delivery time is 10am-8pm from Monday to Sunday. We cannot specify the delivery time, but try to arrange it.
Normally, the delivery time will be reserved in advance. If the time is changed, the customer needs to advance 1 day in advance. If the date is rescheduled without notification and the transportation is delivered according to the scheduled time, the customer will need to pay for the extra shipping fee of $100 per way.
