Collection and delivery services are not provided in the following areas:

iv. Logistics warehouses, transit warehouses, warehouses where you need to queue up to pick up or deliver goods, and warehouses where you need to pay entry fees or registration fees.
Limited delivery service is available at the following locations:
i. Government agencies (including but not limited to government offices, police stations), hospitals and funeral parlors do not provide door-to-door delivery services, and the recipient must be asked to hand over the goods at the door;
ii. Some addresses require customers to go to a designated location for delivery, such as underground delivery for buildings without lifts, village house addresses at the village entrance, archway, or a delivery location mutually agreed upon by the delivery person and the recipient;
iii. If the delivery location cannot be reached directly by vehicle, the driver will arrange delivery at a safe parking point on the road.
