1. Office hour is 9:30am-6:30pm from Monday to Friday, while not available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Service would be suspended without prior notice due to typhoon, heavy rain storm, other accidents, etc.
2. Earliest possible delivery should be made on or before 33-38th day after order confirmation. For special occasion (E.g. before CNY), the delivery lead time maybe extended, please refer to “Store Remarks” for details. Delivery department will contact customer by phone call to confirm delivery date and time.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any delivery service which is not directly accessed by trucks or in outlying island, or delivery via balconies or any conditions of the building that has obstructed the delivery. For delivery location which requires our workers to walk up by steps (eight steps as one storey), we shall have a service charge per item per storey, for details, please call the delivery hotline. Extra transportation cost will be charged for Lantau Island area/container terminal/airport, for details, please call the delivery hotline.
4. Customer should provide size of the lift and the door of their delivery location before purchase. Otherwise, the Company will not be liable if the ordered items are unable to deliver due to any obstacle(s).
5. The Company will not liable for second delivery for free. Surcharge will be required for second delivery or assembly service requested on another day after first delivery.
6. Customer has responsibility to check clearly the parts and the glass (if any). No replacement will be accepted after checking and signing on the delivery note.
7. If the Company is unable to deliver the paid products, our maximum liability should be limited to the payment received form the customer only.
Cancellation of Items
The Company will not accept cancellation or refund once the production has been confirmed. If the customer insists to cancel the order, the payment of any form will be forfeited.
Extra Products Storage Fee
The maximum product storage period is 1 month from the 33-38th day when confirmed the order. If the customer fails to collect the ordered products over one month from the sales order date, the Company will execute the following policies:
i. If customer unable to collect the products within 1 month, extra 10% of the net invoice amount will be charged as warehouse storage fee per month on those uncollected products, storage fee will be charged on monthly basis even if the period occurred is not in completed month).
ii. If customer refuses to pay warehouse storage fee and receive the products within 3 months, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all payments and products.
Promotion Products
1. The promotional price will only be valid and effective within the promotion period (exclude the order issued before the promotion period but that order has not yet delivered). The Company is not responsible for the price variation of those orders that are issued after the promotional period.
2. This promotion offer cannot be used jointly with other promotion and/or coupon etc.
