• The color of the products may vary slightly due to differences in computer screen settings. The actual product shall prevail in all cases.

• Due to actual circumstances, HKTVmall and in-store sales prices, promotional activities, terms, and restrictions may differ. All terms and conditions apply only to HKTVmall.

The following situations will not be eligible for exchange:

The product has been opened or used (e.g., packaging tape or box has been torn off).

The product has not been kept in its original packaging, has been damaged, destroyed, or is incomplete.

Any discounted items, clearance items, or sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

Any free gifts, accessories, or trial-size samples.

Failure to present the sales receipt or purchase invoice for the product that has already been exchanged once.

Before proceeding with an exchange, we must inspect and verify the returned item. If it is found that the conditions for exchange are not met as stated above, all returns will not be eligible for exchange.

When returning the item, the customer will be responsible for the original order's shipping and handling fees (if applicable). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If the returned item includes promotional gifts or discounted items, they must be returned together; otherwise, the return/exchange will not be processed.

If it is found that the returned item does not comply with our company's return policy, it will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
