Delivery time is Monday to Saturday (no delivery on Sundays and public holidays).

1. If a delivery person needs to go up stairs, a HK$50 (48" ("wider) service fee will be charged per floor (48") or more (Per bed Calculated).

2.Surcharge special location surcharge transportation fee : HK$100 for Lantau Island, Mid-levels, Sai Kung, Lam Tsuen, Kam Tin, $130 For Stanley, Shek O, Ma Wan,Yuen Leng Tsuen, Mai Po. Repulse Bay, Shek O. Surcharge for HK$250 for Discovery Bay), for outlying islands and remote areas, please contact merchant for details.

3. If there is no lift service or the stairs are too narrow to be hung from the exterior wall, please check with the merchant and quote separately.

4. If the road parking location is 50-100M away from the receiving location, it will be charged $50 per item, followed by $50 per 50M.

5. To change the delivery date, you must be notified 2 days in advance. If the shipment is rescheduled without notice and delivery is made at the scheduled time,Guests are required to pay an administrative fee of HKD$200.

6. If there is any error in the delivery data, there may be delays in delivery.

7. Abandoned old bed: HK$100 for a size under or 36" surcharge, HKD$150 for a side at 48"surcharge, HKD$200 for a 54" surcharge, HKD$200 for size over 60" HK$250,  and sizes 72" or over surcharge HK$300.

8. The above additional charges shall be paid in cash to the delivery man at the time of delivery.
