• Our refund policy provides customers with a better shopping experience. Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive the item. Items purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged via pickup or directly in our vertical store. Please contact Hong Kong TV Mall immediately. The following situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1. Products opened/used

2. No original and unopened packaging

3. Products with a "non-returnable" note

4. Free gifts/accessories/samples

5. There is no corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, original shipping and return costs are borne by the customer. Customers must return with all free gifts/accessories/samples.

The "Merchant-Delivered" products of this store cannot be combined with the products sent by other merchants to calculate the shipping cost.

For any product purchased in our store, our store will directly charge customers the following surcharges:

1. Installation charge

2. Delivery charge

3. Outlying island surcharge (except Tung Chung)

4. Moving up and down stairs (every 11th level is one floor, the 12th level is the second floor, and so on.) $30/floor.

5. Delivery address If the truck is parked, it is necessary to go up and down the stairs to reach the elevator, and the stair handling fee will be charged.

6. The delivery address cannot be directly reached by truck (eg: village house), but must be pushed by a trolley. $50 (over 200 meters).
