1. Each order can be replaced once only with the same product.
2. No refund will be accepted.
3. Do not accept return the goods to the company by mail for replacment procedures.

6. The replacement service does not include free gifts, accessories, trial products, discount products, clearance products and sale products.
7. If the product is faulty after 7 days of receipt, it will be handled according to the product warranty terms and conditions.
