荷花牌金裝香米王是選用泰國的茉莉香米，百份百泰國原裝進口食米。 憑著多年從事食米出入口經驗，我們深諳預訂最佳季節的米種及堅持採用單一米種，才可做出優越產品，所以我們慎選季節之餘，更絕不混米。
泰國是世界上穀物出口量最高的國家，而其茉莉香米就是被國民公認為民族的驕傲。我們的香米擁有“THAI HOM MALI RICE ”標誌認證，這是泰國政府全球註冊的商標，根據其商業部的規定，只有泰國原產並須原裝品質A級，純度92%以上才能使用此標誌。
為了保存茉莉香米的最佳狀態，稻米收割後便會儲放於泰國的冷庫中。我們所揀選的生產商是獲得HACCP 的認證。而德發的倉庫是少數獲得政府批準的食米儲存倉庫。
食米在適合的溫度及倉庫下存放，能保留獨有的香氣，減少蟲害滋生的機會。食米到港後，我們會將食米存放於冷庫中，以最合適的溫度保存。我們相當重視其生產、運送及儲存的流程，不惜工本以最合適的物流及儲存方法，將優質的成米運送到消費者手上。
