Return & Exchange Policy

We provide reasonable return and exchange services. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

The product has been opened, used, or its plastic packaging/box damaged.
The product packaging is incomplete, damaged, broken or missing parts.
Discounted, clearance or special offer products marked as non-returnable.
Free gifts, accessories, samples or promotional items.
Failure to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, or if the receipt has already been used for a return or exchange.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and verification by our store. Any items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.Return shipping and handling fees (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.Any free gifts, promotional items or special-priced products included with the returned item must also be returned together, otherwise the return will not be processed.
