Shipping instructions: Our products will be shipped within 7-21 days after purchase. If you need to install, the price will be charged according to the detailed product description. The parking fee incurred during delivery is not included, and the cost of stairs is not included. If there are packaging boxes or bags for all furniture, please keep them as proof. If the packaging boxes or bags are not kept, all damage will be considered as personal damage by the customer and will not be replaced.
Free delivery to the New Territories of Hong Kong and Kowloon (Tung Chung+$150, Ma Wan+$150, Discovery Bay+$500, Tai Tam, Sham Shui Wan, Repulse Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Peak, Sha Tau Kok, and Po Po O+$50). For other regions, please inquire with the merchant for a separate quote
Village houses are only available for free delivery to the downstairs. If the delivery address cannot be reached directly by truck and needs to be pushed, the first 100 meters of flat land will be free. If there are stairs or more than 100 meters, there will be additional fees. If the delivery address does not have an elevator, an additional $100 will be added per floor when going upstairs.
The delivery time is from Monday to Sunday at 10am-8pm. It is not possible to specify a delivery time, but try to arrange it as much as possible.
The size is measured manually, and a 1-3cm error is a normal phenomenon. Please refer to the actual product for details.
