Product Order and Replacement Terms and Conditions
. The products sold by our company are all genuine products, and customers' orders are entitled to at least one year of warranty service.
. If the goods are damaged within ten days, but not caused by human factors, the general agent will provide a replacement service. Please check the packaging before receiving the goods.
. Customers can also enjoy the warranty provided by the agent and can return the product to the manufacturer/agent for repair.
. The replaced product must be returned together with the original packaging, accessories, instruction manual and unfilled warranty card.
. The replacement product must not be damaged, scratched or wet.
. When exchanging products, customers must submit the original purchase receipt to Super Value Electrical Appliances for cancellation.
. If the customer finds that the size of the product is not suitable or the wrong model is purchased after delivery, they cannot choose to refund or switch to another model.
. Once ordered, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment cannot be refunded or exchanged for other products.

1.) Our company provides delivery service to urban areas, but if delivery is made to remote areas (for example: Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay), we will adjust the charges according to the delivery department's arrangement or the general agent's delivery price list.
2.) The delivery location is not clearly marked (e.g. village house) and the customer needs to be led by the village entrance to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings
3.) For safety reasons, our delivery or installation personnel are required to wear shoes when working indoors to avoid accidents (slips, electric shocks and cuts)
4.) Delivery or installation days are Monday to Saturday (except public holidays and Sundays)
5.) If the product you purchased requires installation, if the installer finds that the installation location is not suitable, they will charge the customer a visit fee of $200
6.) If there is no one to accept delivery, the goods will be shipped back to our company until further arrangements are made. In order to ensure the quality of delivery service and not affect other customers, the company will not arrange another delivery on the same day. Our team will verify by phone before delivery.
