Since all issues other than expiration dates or packaging quality require follow-up and documentation from the UK manufacturer, all follow-up will be handled officially by the sole distributor. Refund requests submitted through HKTVmall based on complaints will not be accepted. Customers must understand and accept these terms before purchasing. Once the goods are shipped, it signifies the customer's understanding and acceptance of these terms.

• AATU pet food is made with natural ingredients. Due to seasonal variations in raw materials, slight differences in color and kibble size may occur between production batches. This is a normal phenomenon.

• In situations where there are limitations, price, promotion offers and other marketing campaigns on the HKTVmall may vary from retail stores, the terms and offers are only applicable to HKTVmall.

AATU Hong Kong ＆ Macau Official Flagship Store is committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality, defect-free products. Defective products will be accepted for return or exchange according to the following rules:

• Returned pet food will only be accepted if it is reasonably consumed.

• Returns due to an excessively short shelf life will be accepted only if the customer can reasonably consider whether the pet food will be consumed before the expiry date.

• Defects or alterations to the outer packaging that do not affect the quality of the pet food inside will not be accepted as grounds for return or exchange.

• Returned goods that do not comply with our return policy will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• If you find any damage or defects upon receiving the goods, please contact HKTVmall Customer Service within seven days.

• Shipping time of this store: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holiday, 9am.

• The merchant reserves the right to amend the stated terms herein without prior notice. In

case of any dispute, the decision of the merchant and HKTVmall shall be final.
