Delivery Arrangements After Ordering
1). After successful order placement, our company will proactively contact you via WhatsApp or phone within one to three business days to schedule a delivery time.
2). Our delivery fleet does not deliver to outlying islands or restricted areas.
For some remote areas (such as Mui Wo, Tai O, etc.), we offer SF Express freight collect on delivery.

*Delivery times will be arranged as much as possible, but specific times cannot be specified. 10:00-18:00 (varies by district) (Closed on Sundays and public holidays)
3). The driver will call you 30-60 minutes before delivery on the day of delivery. Delivery will only proceed after confirming your availability.
Delivery Notes:
*If the driver's pickup information is incomplete/incorrect and they cannot be contacted, a second delivery will be scheduled.
*The driver can wait for 5 minutes upon arrival. After that, no further waiting will be provided, and a second delivery will be scheduled. It is recommended to provide multiple contact numbers.
*Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather and traffic, delivery will be postponed to the next delivery day.
*Delivery times will be delayed due to extreme weather conditions such as red rain or black rain. TV installation as scheduled may be postponed to the next working day.
*Additional Delivery Fees (Pay directly to the delivery person)

*Pushing Distance Fee* (over 100 meters) - from $100*
*Delivery on foot if the vehicle cannot reach the destination
*Carrying Stairs Fee* (3-10 steps per floor) - $50-100 (per floor per item)*
*Second Delivery - $100 per item*
*Actual charges depend on the actual situation. Additional charges apply for slopes.
*For quotes on 75-inch or larger TVs and other large appliances, please inquire.
4). Upon receiving the goods, for specified models TV with original factory installation service, please do not open the box. The original factory technician must come to your location to open, inspect, and install the product.
(No replacement will be provided for any damage caused by unpacking.)
TV Installation Service
1). Some designated brands of 43-inch or larger TVs offer one free standard stand installation (please contact our customer service for details).* After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery and installation time. You can also specify your installation requirements (stand/wall mount).
2). TCL/HISENSE/TOSHIBA/SONY 43" or smaller TVs do not offer free installation (paid installation is available).
If you choose to install it yourself (customer protection guaranteed), ##please take a video.##
(The entire process from unpacking to powering on; if there is any damage after unpacking, please contact your agent directly via WhatsApp to follow up on the issue.)
3). Installation service* (remote areas) incurs additional transportation fees. Pricing varies by brand; please inquire first.
4). For products with factory installation services, after receiving the goods, the customer must have a factory technician come to unpack, inspect, and install them. (Do not unpack yourself; if you unpack and install yourself, any damage will not be replaced.)
5). All TVs do not include antennas. Please bring your own antenna to test the TV on the day of installation.
6). The goods and installation are handled by different companies. The installation time will be confirmed by the brand's technician on the same day.
7). Our company provides installation services for various wall mounts/stands/wall mounts. Please contact our company for pricing details.
Terms and Conditions:
1). Apple and Dyson products are not eligible for replacement.
2). All products are serviced by our distributor. You must retain the original HKTVMALL purchase receipt, which can be downloaded from your "Order History".
3). All products are genuine Hong Kong products with original manufacturer warranty.
4). 7-day replacement guarantee: If a product malfunctions or fails to operate properly within 7 days of receipt, it must be verified by our distributor's technicians before we can guarantee a replacement.
5). Replacement products must be returned with their original packaging, accessories, instruction manual, and any unfilled warranty certificate.
6). The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products damaged by human error, scratches, or that have been exposed to water.
7). The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products for which the customer has registered a warranty online.
8). The replacement criteria for TV/screen dead pixels or bright spots are more than 5 points. And must be verified by the agent's technicians first.
9). All TVs and screen products are sold at special prices and all agent gifts have been deducted (excluding any agent gifts).
10). The company reserves all rights.
Four appliances and one computer recycling service:
*Free collection of LED/LED TVs (Plama is available at WEEE). Additional fees apply for stairs, slopes, and remote areas.
*If you need to recycle your old equipment, you must remove the power cord, antenna, and TV wall mount yourself. The recycling technician will not perform any disassembly procedures.
