Delivery Terms
Delivery Time:
1. Our delivery service is from 11 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday (exclude public holidays).
2. In general, we will call to confirm the delivery date and time within 5-8 working days after receiving your order.
Delivery Charge:
1. Free delivery service will be provided with every order over HK$2000 (after discount) from this store.
2. HK$100 delivery fee will be charged for any purchase below HK$2000 (after discount) from this store per single order and will be added to your order at the checkout page.
Delivery Area:
1. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customers when placing their orders. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses, you may have to place a separate order for each address.
2. Delivery Service is available within major residential and business addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
3. If no elevators are available at the delivery address, an additional fee will be charged. Ground floor delivery is free of charge. Delivery will be made up to 5 floors only at the cost of HK$50 per floor. The delivery fee shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.
4. Special Delivery Arrangement
i. Additional charges will be required in special areas as below:
Tung Chung, Sai Kung - HK$100
Hong Kong International Airport - HK$250
* The additional charge shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.
ii. Delivery service is not available to outlying islands, Frontier Closed Area and Control Area, including Disneyland, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Pui O, Tai O, Tong Fuk, Mui Wo, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Siu Ho Wan, Lo Wu, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok.
Others:
1. No less than 1 working day's notice in advance to us is needed for any change in delivery time.
2. During bad weather conditions (e.g. Black Rain, Typhoon No. 8 or above) we will suspend and rearrange any delivery scheduled.
Goods Exchange
1. Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to their appearances or whether all accessories are delivered.
2. We guarantee the exchange of product within 7 working days of purchase if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product*. You are allowed to exchange it with a product of the same model number. If the same model is sold out or out of stock, you may exchange your product with another product of the same kind and same price. Re-delivery will be arranged and no delivery cost will be charged (except the special areas).
3. Please contact us for the exchange.
*Your product exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted over 7 working days after the date product is received;
- Not purchased at this shop;
- Products that not in complete packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card and not in good condition;
- Product that damaged, scratched, defaced, or contains any trace of water damage;
- Product that has undergone any repair;
- All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail value will be charged;
- Official purchase invoice is missing;
- Request based on personal preference only;
- Products damaged due to improper usage/operation;
4. In the event of discovering damaged products when the product is unpacked, please return the damaged or wrong products to the delivery staff.
