Delivery / Return
1. Products purchased from our company will be delivered by SF Hong Kong, only to places where SF Hong Kong can deliver.
2. After purchasing the product from our company, it will be delivered to the customer's address within 14 days.
3. Return and exchange service
If there is any damage to the product after receiving the product, the customer can contact us within seven days from the receipt of the product to learn more about the return or replacement arrangement of the product supplier.
The procedure is as follows:
a. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, order documents and other accessories.
b. Please contact HKTVMALL customer service department to arrange contact and request for replacement or return.
