Important Notes
(1) For products sold in Hong Kong, manufacturer or distributor warranty is only valid in Hong Kong and does not include overseas regions. Please retain your sales invoice as proof of warranty service.
(2) For some products, you must retain the original packaging box and the warranty sticker on it. For maintenance and repair, you must present the original packaging box, the warranty sticker on it, and the sales invoice. Please pay attention to the warranty notes.
(3) If any issues arise with the product, during the warranty period, customers can enquire at the repair centre designated by the relevant manufacturer, along with the product and the original invoice.
(4) Parallel import products are not eligible for warranty service or returns/exchanges.
