Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

3. Products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples

5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. Spent $300 on 'Merchant Delivery' products at this store to enjoy free delivery service, otherwise extra $30 delivery fee will be charged and added to your order at checkout page. The free delivery service is including Commercial Area, Residential Area and Remote Area in Hong Kong.
