Stairs and village houses can only be delivered to the downstairs or the parking lot for free. If the delivery address is not directly accessible by the truck and needs to be pushed, the first 50 meters of flat ground will be free. If there are steps and more than 50 meters, there will be an additional push fee of HKD100/way. There is no lift at the address (add HKD150 for each floor upstairs)
Hong Kong Island, New Territories North, Sai Kung, Ma Wan and Tung Chung will be charged an additional HKD200, and Discovery Bay will be charged an additional HKD500 (for other remote areas and village houses, please check with the merchant for a separate quotation)
