【Product Information】
Color Variance: Product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution or lighting conditions.
Size Accuracy: All furniture is measured manually; a margin of error within 1–3cm is considered normal.
Product Batches: Due to different production batches, there may be slight variations in origin or packaging. This does not affect product quality.
【Delivery & Fees】
Stairs & Long Distance: Additional handling fees apply if the delivery requires stairs or walking a long distance to the entrance. Please contact customer service for a quote.
No-Lift Access: If the building has no elevator, an estimated fee of $60–100 per item, per floor will be charged. Final costs are determined by the delivery team based on actual site conditions.
Parking & Gate Fees: Any parking or gate entry fees incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Oversized Items: If an item is too large for the elevator, you may negotiate with the driver to remove packaging to reduce volume. Additional service fees for this will be negotiated on-site.
Remote Areas: Extra delivery charges apply to outlying islands and remote areas. Please inquire before placing your order.
【Receipt of Goods】
Rescheduling: To change your delivery date, you must notify us at least 2 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the customer bearing the full transport cost for the missed trip.
Failed Delivery: If no one is present to receive the goods, they may be left at the management office (if available) or rescheduled. All costs for redelivery and administration will be borne by the customer.
Parking Requirements: Please ensure the delivery address allows for the legal parking of goods vehicles.
