This product is delivered directly by the merchant.
The merchant will contact the customer to arrange delivery. There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. If there is a rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service scheduled for that day will be canceled immediately, and the customer will be contacted on the following working days to make delivery arrangements.
Different delivery areas have specific delivery times, which are arranged by the merchant, but customers can choose from Monday to Saturday.
Remote areas require additional shipping charges (Ma Wan $80, Tung Chung $80, Discovery Bay $200)
If the delivery location requires stairs, an additional fee will be charged (including stairs outside the residence). A surcharge will be charged for each floor (more than 4 levels from the ground to level 14 as one level): $80/floor
Stair charges for designated products:
Refrigerators above 300 liters $100/floor
2 air conditioners or more $100/floor
If the delivery location requires entering a village house and the vehicle cannot reach it directly (you need to walk into the village), an additional surcharge will be charged (on-site quotation)
