• This store does not accept returns or exchanges of goods.
• If you need to return or exchange the product due to product quality issues, damage during delivery, or product that does not match your order, you must contact HKTV Mall within 7 days from the date of receipt and return the product together with the original packaging (including all guarantee labels, instructions for use, warranty cards and other product tags) to receive a refund or exchange.
•Our store’s delivery time is Monday to Saturday. No delivery will be arranged on Sundays and public holidays.
•If the purchased product has a warranty, our store will provide inspection and limited repair services (the service will be performed by the product manufacturer or its authorized agent). If the product model has been discontinued, the supplier may not be able to provide repair or replacement services.
• Eugene Baby can assist customers in purchasing new parts. Customers can check the parts cost before deciding whether to continue the repair. Any damaged parts after replacement will become the property of our store.
•Door-to-door service is not available. If the customer needs the product to be inspected or repaired, he/she is responsible for sending the product to any Eugene Baby store and picking it up at the same location after repair. (A reservation is required before arrival)
•Generally, repair time is two to three weeks. If the parts are ordered from overseas, it will take longer. We do not provide same-day repair service.
• In case of any dispute, Eugene Baby reserves the right to interpret, amend the terms and conditions of the listed services and make the final decision.
