This part of item will be delivered directly by Finest.  Delivery lead-time is about 11-14 working days.

Delivery service is available on Mon to Sat (10:30am–6:00pm), excludes Sun & Public Holidays.  Designated delivery time could not be offered.

For any changes of delivery date, please contact Slumberland 4 working days before delivery.

We will contact you to confirm delivery time-slot one day (afternoon) in advance. If not suitable, you may arrange another delivery date with you.

If we can’t contact the customer one day in advance, the initial delivery schedule will be cancelled.  We will contact you to make new delivery arrangement.

If issued Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, all delivery will be suspended and rescheduled.

During goods receipt, please check the product conditions before acknowledgement of receipt. If any condition problem, please keep the packing (inner wrapping bag) sealed, notice us immediately to arrange exchange. Otherwise, we do not accept any exchange after receipt confirmation.

Free delivery is only applicable to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories, as well as destination accessible by truck and lift.

Tung Chung, Ma Wan (land transportation except Wed): HK $240 (bridge toll included)

Discovery Bay (land transportation except Wed): HK $350 (bridge and tunnel tolls included)

Macau and Outlying Islands (such as Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau, Mui Wo, Tai O): Shipped only to the HK Island or Kowloon Pier

Destination that is not accessible by truck, lift or stairway, and require manual lifting or handling, extra cost is required upon environment.
