1. Our products are delivered by HKTVmall. Please refer to our delivery service for details.

2. Actual delivery time will be calculated based on the items selected in your order and the relevant merchant's shipping time.

3. Items purchased from our store cannot be combined with items delivered by other merchants on HKTVmall for shipping costs.

1. We do not offer returns or refunds.

If genuine products have problems, customers must personally visit the authorized service provider with the product/receipt/warranty sticker/maintenance certificate for repair (excluding damage caused by human error). Customers must ensure the product is free from any damage, scratches, or signs of water damage, and must retain the complete packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, and gifts.

5. All genuine products and accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; customers must personally visit their local service center.
