Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day Park Ticket & Dinner Combo Meal Package - Terms and Conditions:
1. Hong Kong Residents with the following identity proof are eligible to benefit from this offer.
- valid Hong Kong Identity Card ; or
- For guests aged 3-11, valid Hong Kong birth certificate and a recent school handbook with photo identification issued by a school located in Hong Kong or other legal documents with photo identification
Guests must present the above document when redeeming the offer.
2. Once Ticket / OTE Voucher used, no cancellation and amendment can be made.
3. The use of Park dinner meal combo e-Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions. (Please refer to next slide for more details)
4. Admission to Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("the Park") is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park, which are set out in the Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com.
Terms and Conditions
1. Hong Kong residents with the following identity proof are eligible for this offer (“Offer"):
a) valid Hong Kong Identity Card; or
b) for guests aged 3-11, valid Hong Kong birth certificate and a recent school handbook with photo identification issued by a school located in Hong Kong or other legal documents with photo identification (each an “Eligible Guest”).
2. This offer is only available to Eligible Guests purchasing 1-Day General Admission Tickets (each an “Offer Ticket” and collectively the “Offer Tickets”) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (the “Park”) from now to December 21, 2021. This Offer is not applicable to any other ticket types.
3. Each Offer Ticket is issued together with one (1) electronic voucher (“e-Voucher”) for one (1) combo meal priced at HK$130 or below at a designated Quick Service Restaurant after 4:30pm in the Park.
4. To use the Offer Tickets, Eligible Guests must present the Offer Tickets at the Park Main Entrance turnstile in person.
5. Offer Tickets are valid for one visit to the Park on or before December 21, 2021. The e-Voucher issued with the Offer Ticket is only valid on or before December 21, 2021 and only on the day of Park admission using such Offer Ticket. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers not used in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void without exchange, refund or compensation.
6. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
7. Eligible Guests who have already purchased Magic Access or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any exchange or refund under this Offer.
8. Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change the prices and validity for any tickets, tours, offers, promotions; (iii) change any block-out dates and (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
9. This Offer, the issuance and use of the Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers and admission to the Park are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/, the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com, the Park’s mobile app and Guest Relations, and other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice.
Offer Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions
1. On the visit day only, an Eligible Guest using an Offer Ticket may, before admission to the Park, upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to a 2-Day Ticket by paying the applicable price difference in person, with reference to the Offer Ticket’s purchase price and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, upgrade to a 2-Day Ticket may only be made with an unused Offer Ticket valid for admission on the same day.
2. On the visit day only, an Eligible Guest using an Offer Ticket may upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to Magic Access at Magic Access Member Service Center in the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, with reference to the Offer Ticket’s purchase price and the type of Magic Access selected. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date when the Offer Ticket was used. No upgrade to Magic Access will be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used.
Park Combo Meal e-Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. The e-Voucher may be used on the day of Park admission to redeem one (1) combo meal with soft drink priced at HK$130 or below (excluding designated meal combos, promotional menus and kids’ combos) at any of the following designated restaurants after 4:30pm in the Park:
a) Starliner Diner (in Tomorrowland);
b) Comet Cafe (in Tomorrowland);or
c) Royal Banquet Hall (in Fantasyland).
2. The e-Voucher may be used to redeem meal combo priced over HK$130 by paying the applicable price difference.
3. Each e-Voucher is for one-time use only, must be used on the day of Park admission and must be presented at the time of ordering and payment together with the valid Offer Ticket with which the e-Voucher is issued.
4. Only one e-Voucher can be used in each transaction.
5. Except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, e-Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer (including but not limited to any Magic Access food and beverages benefits, food and beverages discount coupons distributed in the Hong Kong Disneyland website, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels or other locations and Cast Member Discount on food and beverages).
6. Redemption and use of the e-Vouchers is subject to the availability of such items and the operating hours of the designated restaurants.
7. The redeemed item is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, or exchanged for other products or discounts.
8. Incomplete, damaged or altered Offer Tickets or e-Vouchers will be void. Lost Offer Tickets or e-Vouchers will not be re-issued.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer
1. HKITP reserves the right to determine, change or adjust the following aspects of each restaurant or location, in each case, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) the prices of food and beverage items; (b) the menu; (c) the mode of operation, including but not limited to, the operating hours, (d) the capacity, and (e) the number and eligibility of persons to be admitted.
2. HKITP reserves the right to amend or supplement the terms and conditions applicable to this Offer or to terminate or suspend the availability of this Offer at any time without any prior notice.
3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
4. In case of any disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this Offer.
5. The above terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the Eligible Guests purchasing this Offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
