For all products are related to proper recycling of regulated electrical equipment. A product set out in this receipt is regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:

Refrigerator: $165 per item
Washing machine: $125 per item
Television: $165 per item
Computer: $15 per item
Printer: $15 per item
Scanner: $15 per item

Monitor: $45 per item

Delivery Terms

• Delivery service is only applied to industry and estates address within HKSAR, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. For Tung Chung, an $350 additional fee will be charged.

• For some remote districts or district cannot be reached by public transportation service, an $150 additional fee will be charged.

• Delivery is not applied for Airport, Restricted Areas, Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay & Ma Wan.

• All goods will be checked before delivery to ensure the goods match the product descriptions.

• Customers are required to provided real and correct name and contact number for confirmation during delivery.

Exchange policy

• According to company policies, all proudcts purchased from Hornington Computer Limited are not subject to refund or exchange. Exchange of product(s) will only be available for defective or damaged (not caused by customers) products. In this case, customers will be able to exchange their defective product(s) for free (exchange is only available once per order).
