Delivery Policy
Goods delivered by "Merchant Delivery" from this store cannot be combined with deliveries from other merchants for shipping fee calculation. Free delivery is provided for all "Merchant Delivery" goods purchased from this store.
Delivery is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories (including Tung Chung town centre).
Free delivery applies only to general residential and commercial/industrial addresses within the above areas.
Discovery Bay and Ma Wan Delivery Arrangements
Discovery Bay is a restricted-access area, and outside delivery trucks generally require prior permit application before entry. Therefore, delivery of large items such as massage chairs must be scheduled by appointment in advance, and additional charges may apply. Delivery of small massage equipment is generally not affected.
Ma Wan is a 24-hour restricted zone; except for designated vehicles, other vehicles require a restricted zone permit to enter. Therefore, delivery of large items such as massage chairs must be scheduled by appointment in advance, and additional charges may apply. Delivery of small massage equipment is generally not affected.
Actual delivery arrangements and surcharges for the above areas are subject to on-site assessment by the delivery personnel and final confirmation by this store. If necessary, this store or the Customer Service Department will explain the arrangements to customers before delivery is scheduled.
Delivery Time and Arrangements
General orders are delivered within 7 to 14 working days after successful payment (pre-order items excluded).
Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No deliveries on public holidays.
After order confirmation, Huei Yeh will notify customers of the estimated delivery date by phone or SMS, and a delivery representative will call to confirm the delivery time one working day before delivery. If the customer cannot be reached, alternative arrangements will be made.
Surcharges and Special Circumstances
If the delivery address is located in an outlying island area, the Sha Tau Kok restricted zone, a remote area, or if the delivery process requires disassembling the chair, carrying it up/down stairs, or long-distance manual transport, additional surcharges will apply, calculated per item and per delivery address.
The actual surcharge amount is determined on-site by the delivery personnel and collected directly from the customer in cash at the time of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Department in advance for details.
In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other severe weather conditions, delivery will be postponed by at least one working day. Actual rescheduling arrangements will be notified separately by this store.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is made, cancellations and returns are not accepted. Please carefully confirm the selected model and delivery details before placing an order.
If a customer discovers obvious damage or a functional defect upon receiving the goods, please contact our Customer Service Department within 5 working days of the delivery date. Arrangements will be made in accordance with the warranty and after-sales service terms. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Dispute Handling
In the event of any dispute, this store, Huei Yeh, and HKTVmall reserve the right to make the final decision and will handle the case in accordance with principles of reasonableness and fairness.
