 ·The color of the product may be different due to the setting of the computer screen, and the actual product shall prevail.

 ·Because of the actual situation, HKTVmall and the retail sales price, promotion activities, conditions and restrictions may have different opportunities. All terms are only applicable to HKTVmall.

 ·The price of the product includes the basic shipping fee. The delivery area needs to be reachable by a 5.5-ton truck. In some areas, there will be surcharges.

 ·Basic freight already includes sending upstairs without moving stairs or pushing ramps.  (If the above problem is only known during delivery, the on-site colleagues will immediately discuss the additional charges with the customer. Each group of furniture for moving the stairs starts at $150 per floor, and the toll is calculated for one batch of goods. If the distance exceeds 100 meters, it will start at $100.)

 ·The item is delivered by Henderson M & S.

 ·Our products cannot be returned.

 ·The product will be delivered in about 17 to 24 days after purchase (not including cleaning up old furniture, but can be quoted according to customer requirements).

 ·The picture is for reference only, there is a certain difference between the display picture and the real object, so the color difference problem cannot be returned.

 ·If the product is discontinued or out of stock after the customer pays, we will arrange a refund according to the established order of HKTVmall.

• The goods in this store are delivered and installed by Henderson M & S. The products will be delivered within 17 to 24 days after purchase. Please note: due to the impact of the epidemic, the delivery period will be relatively extended.
• Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories (Tung Chung plus $250, Ma Wan plus $150 and Discovery Bay plus $500) For other remote areas and village houses, please check with the merchant for a separate quote.
• If the delivery address does not have a lift, the delivery fee for moving upstairs is $80 per set of furniture per floor. If there are more than three stairs, one floor will be counted.
• For Hong Kong Island Mid-levels , small houses in the surrounding villages, an additional charge of $80 is required.
• If you need to change the delivery date, you must change it 3 days before.  Otherwise, the order will be rescheduled to process the delivery.

 Delivery time is 10 am to 7 pm (closed on Tuesdays)

• The goods are delivered by Henderson M & S.
• All goods include basic installation, and the installation is handled at the same time as delivery.
• The goods in this store cannot be returned.
