⚠️ Special Notes for Wall-Mount Installation
Dismantling Service: An additional charge of HKD 100 applies for dismantling old TV mounts or old TVs.
Full-Motion Mount Upgrade: An additional charge of HKD 250 applies for upgrading to a full-motion wall mount (NB).
Size Limitation: ❌ Full-motion wall-mount installation is not available for TVs sized 80 inches or above.
Special Projects: For ceiling suspension, installation heights exceeding 180 cm, or any non-standard installation work, a separate inquiry and quotation are required.
?♂️ Surcharges for Special Delivery Environments
?♂️ Walking Delivery (when the delivery truck cannot directly reach the destination)
Over 50m to under 100m: Additional charge of $50
Over 100m to under 150m: Additional charge of $100 (and an additional $50 for every subsequent 50m thereafter, and so on)
? Installation Surcharge for Remote/Inaccessible Locations
The "Staircase Fee" listed in the table above applies to delivery services only.
If your address involves stairs and requires installation services, an additional one-way installation remote surcharge will be applied on top of the delivery staircase fee.
