• Our store will protect your personal Information in accordance to the relevant provisions of the personal Data Protection Act and in accords to HKTVmall Privacy Policies.

• In case of any dispute the merchant will retain the right of final decision without prior notice.

• Colour shown may be slightly different than actual products.

• In situation where there are limitations price promotion offers and other marketing campaigns on the HKTVmall may varies from retail stores the terms and offers are only applicable to HKTVmall.

• Free In-Home Setup in Hong Kong. 
• There will be an extra charge for delivery to outlying islands, South Lantau and Discovery Bay. Please contact us before placing the order. 
• Delivery will be arranged with the customer after the order has been placed, deliveries available Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 10am-6pm (no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays). 
• Mattress removal services available on request (additional fee required). 
• There will be a labor fee of HK$100 per story per mattress if the delivery address is not reachable by lift. 

Warranty: 
• Hush Home warrants its products against the defects in material and workmanship for the time period set forth below from the time the product is purchased by you so long as the product is used normally for its intended purpose.
