• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.IZU Depot will call customer directly after order has been placed.
• Shipping time of this store: Monday to Saturday 10am and 6pm (excluding Public Holiday) 
• Delivery service location & additional charge:
>The delivery date of Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay are designated on every Tue and Thur. ($150 extra delivery fee will charge on every Ma Wan or Tung Chung Trip, $300 extra delivery fee will charge on every Discovery Bay Trip
>Delivery location does not include outlying islands. 
>For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of $30-$100 per floor (depends on the goods' size or weight, and it shall be paid directly to the courier by cash).
