No returns for all items. We currently do not accept returns for lingerie and panty due to hygiene concerns. 

It is extremely rare for customers to be receiving LOLLIWISH products that are damaged or defective. Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. If you have any questions about returning your goods please contact customercare@lolliwish.com  

The 'Merchant Delivery' goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. FREE delivery service will be provided upon purchase over $400 in our store only. If order amount per each single delivery address is below $400, extra delivery fee $50 will be charged. We do not ship orders on Sunday and Public Holidays.
