Our store will protect your personal Information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and in accordance with HKTVmall Privacy Policies.

• In case of any dispute, the merchant will retain the right of final decision without prior notice.

• Color shown may be slightly different than actual products due to computer monitors settings.

• In situations where there are limitations, price, promotion offers and other marketing campaigns on the HKTVmall may vary from retail stores, the terms and offers are only applicable to HKTVmall.

• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1. Opened/used products

2. Without original and unopened packaging

3. Products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples

5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee.

Product Availability & Delivery Lead Time 

Most products are newly manufactured. Delivery will be arranged within 14–20 working days after purchase.

If stock is available, delivery will be made within 3–10 days.

You may contact us before placing an order to check stock status.

Prices include basic delivery and installation.

Additional Charges for Special or Remote Areas

The following areas require extra fees:

• Tung Chung: +$150
• Ma Wan: +$150
• Discovery Bay: +$300

Village Houses & Locations Without Direct Lift Access

If delivery requires walking distance or stairs, additional charges apply:

• Walking distance: First 50 meters $50
• Stairs (up or down):
• First 3 floors: $100 per floor
• 4th to 6th floor: $200 per floor
• 7 floors or above: quotation required

Address Accuracy

If any incorrect or incomplete delivery information causes delays, please ensure the full and correct address is confirmed again when scheduling delivery.

Delivery Schedule

• Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00–19:00
• Hong Kong Island delivery days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
• Specific dates cannot be paired with specific time slots
• Specific time slots cannot be paired with specific dates
• The company reserves the right to make the final delivery arrangement
• Deliveries after 7:00 PM, or on Sundays or public holidays, will incur a $200 surcharge or require separate discussion

Rescheduling Policy

Delivery time will normally be confirmed 1–2 days in advance.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 1 day beforehand.

If no notice is given and the delivery team arrives as scheduled, an additional $100 per trip will be charged for rescheduling.
