The following situations will not be exempted from the exchange and return processing arrangement:

5. If the goods are lost or damaged due to uncontrollable factors, our store will arrange to reissue or replace the goods/accessories, depending on the actual situation.
6. Before returning the goods (the integrity of the goods must be checked), the shipping and handling costs of the original order (such as installation fees, handling fees, etc.) will be borne by the customer. If the returned goods do not meet the return terms of our store, they will not be processed. , please forgive me.
7.In order to minimize the chance of damage during transportation, our store will strengthen the packaging according to the needs of the product, such as wooden frame reinforcement. The packaging is to be dismantled by the customer.
