[Delivery Arrangements for Easter and Ching Ming Festival Holidays]
For items delivered by merchants:
Final order cut-off time before the holidays is 3:00 PM on April 2.
Orders placed before then will be shipped as usual.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on April 2 will be shipped on April 8.

（A）For items under "HKTV Delivery", HKTV will dispatch your orders on the specified date as displayed on checkout page, usually same date for order before 10am or next day for order after 10am.
（B） For items under "Merchant Delivery", we will dispatch your orders within 0-3 days （unless otherwise specified)

(1) For products under local warranty, 12 months carry-on warranty is limited to HK & Macau only, excluding UK & overseas. Customer using HKTVMall's overseas delivery services are deemed to accept this warranty arrangement.
(2) Regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603) are listed as follows, the Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the products as follows:

(3）For parallel imports, unless otherwise specified, no warranty shall be given except defective. Please keep full set of packaging and contact our artisans by Whatsapp (5511 5936) within 7 days of purchase in case of defective product.
