Store return policy:
The product in question "must still have full packaging and accessories", bring a full set to the shop, if there is a problem, you can replace it. If it is not provided, it will not be returned. All products have an original warranty (unless otherwise specified).
Applications for product return or exchange must be made within 7 days of the item receipt date.
We DO NOT ACCEPT return or exchange of below products:
‧ Any unsealed or used product (including the wrapping materials and stickers).
‧ Any product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts/packing box for reasons not due to HKTVmall / the merchant error.
Do not accept products with surface injuries. We may request to return the product for inspection before the return decision.
