The warranty period for Hong Kong licensed products and licensed parts is subject to the terms on the warranty certificate/invoice/packaging box attached to individual products provided by individual suppliers, and the effective date is calculated from the date of the invoice.
Parallel imported goods (mobile phones/tablets) or other goods
If non-human problems are found, they can be replaced within seven days.
Exchange service:
If non-human problems are found on parallel imported goods, free exchange service will be provided within 7 days from the date of purchase.
1) Must be returned together with the complete unopened packaging, accessories, instructions, and unfilled warranty card.
2) There should be no signs of damage, damage, or moisture.
3) Customers must submit the purchase receipt of the original product to the company for cancellation.
4) Please keep the original box and complete set of accessories as well as the unfilled warranty card.
5) Each item can only be redeemed once.
6) If the company does not have inventory from the supplier, the company will make other arrangements.
The replacement of parallel-imported mobile phone products does not include scratches on the body, water intrusion, bright/dead spots on the screen, no sunlight/broken characters, natural disasters, customer's mobile phone itself using or downloading pirated application software or changing the original software version, artificial damage or failure to start. (The IMEI number must be displayed).
After leaving the house, all accessories of the machine cannot be returned or exchanged.
This replacement service is not applicable to Apple, Xiaomi, Dyson, Nintendo or other Hong Kong agent products, customers must go to the service center in person.
If there is any dispute about the above terms, the company has the final decision.
