• To offer customers maximum protection, we provide a Product Return & Exchange Guarantee. Within 7 days after receiving your order, if you find any defects or missing items, please select the relevant order in Order History and click Report Product Issue to arrange follow-up. Each purchase receipt is entitled to one exchange only; no refunds will be offered.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

1. Products that have been opened or used (e.g. torn packaging tape or boxes).
2. Products with damaged, spoiled or incomplete original packaging.
3. Discounted items, clearance goods and special offer products marked non-returnable.
4. Free gifts, accessories and trial-size products.
5. Failure to present the sales receipt, or the receipt has already been used for one exchange.

All returned goods will be inspected and verified prior to processing. Any returns that fail to comply with the above terms will not be accepted. The shipping and handling fees (if applicable) of the original order shall be borne by the customer. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If the returned product comes with promotional gifts or specially priced items, these must also be returned together; otherwise, your return or exchange request will be rejected.
