The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this
store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate
delivery fee. 'Merchant Delivery' products at this store can enjoy free
delivery service. The free delivery service is including Commercial Area &
Residential Area. For Remote Area in Hong Kong, please read the terms and
conditions for the additional fee.
The following Additional Fee of Furniture and
Electrical Appliances will be paid by customer(s):
1. Remote Area Additional Fee
2. Delivery fee for goods delivered through stairways
Delivery schedule:
1. Our store will complete delivery within 0-3 working
days after confirming the order;
2. If additional delivery time is required, the
customer service specialist will contact you as soon as possible to make further arrangements;
3. Discovery Bay delivers good, tunnel tolls and
road user fees are paid by the consignee (the current charges are HK$120 and $24 respectively, totaling HK$144. If there is any change, the information of the organization shall prevail. )
4. Ma Wan delivers goods every Thursday afternoon (the restricted time for trucks entering Ma Wan Road is from 10 am to 4 pm)
5. For delivery in remote areas and without elevators above the fifth floor, our company will make an appointment by phone and arrange delivery within two working days.
6. For hotel room assignments and large-volume deliveries, two working days’ advance notice is required。
7. In the event of a typhoon, all deliveries will be postponed for one day.
8. Starting from October 25, 2024, our store will charge a fee for the routing service. The details are as follows:
(i) Applicable products: (a) window air conditioner; (b) split air conditioner (a set of indoor and outdoor units is counted as one piece); (c) refrigerator; (d) washing machine
(ii) The first 100 meters is free, and a fee of HK$100 is charged for each subsequent 100 meters. The service range is limited to 500 meters.
(iii) In case of special circumstances, additional quotation is required.
(iv) Relevant fees will be collected by the logistics company on the spot.
In case of any dispute, the final decision of LOVE STAR IND COMPANY shall prevail.
