Sales Terms and Conditions
1. All licensed products and their accessories are not subject to replacement or refund. If the product quality does not meet the production standards, guests must go to the service center of their agent and complete the following procedures within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product side has the opportunity to enhance:
-Must present a valid invoice, receipt
-Must be returned together with its unopened complete package, accessories, instructions, and unfilled warranty card
-There must be no signs of damage, flower damage or previous wet water
-Each item can only be replaced once.
-The customer must return the gift attached with the purchase, otherwise we will need to deduct the value of the gift
-After the 7-day replacement product guarantee and the product is within the warranty period of the factory, the customer can also enjoy the warranty provided by the agent, and the customer can enjoy the warranty period

2. All Xiaomi, Dyson, JLab, IRIS OHYAMA, Nintendo, Hong Kong licensed products and accessories are not provided with a 7-day replacement service. If the product (including its accessories) has any failure, damage or any function failure after purchase, guests should go to the authorized agent service in person Center repair or maintenance.
