1. If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel all orders.
2. Damaged packaging and accessories are required to return the product (do not include it as a finished product), and it will not affect the brand new product for secondary sales.
3. Assembled Products cannot be returned if they have been assembled.
4. If the product has special packaging bags such as hardware screws, zipper chains, and cartons, it must also be kept intact without any damage and terminated at the same time. Returns cannot be accepted if damaged.
5. Boxes and hats (such as shoes/boots) should be packaged in ink-free wrapping paper/paper bags/cartons (do not paste the return form directly on the product accessories), residents' rights.
6. Food products, fresh food and fruits cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery, except for the following situations in the delivery, which will cause the food to be in contact with the air. If there are any of the above situations, please contact the customer service email cs@zekca.com.tw or whatsapp : +852-9849-8048, please provide a complete picture of the product when you receive it, so that the customer service can assist in reissuing new products.

8. If the returned goods cannot be restored to their original condition, the right to return the goods will be affected or part of the cost will be borne.
