3. All PHD products are sold to consumers without any commercial resale. If we have any doubts about the ordered products, we will refuse to sell them.
4. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty without further notice to the consumer.
5. In the case of terms and conditions in Chinese and English, the Chinese version shall prevail.

SmartLock:
The company is responsible for the basic installations, maintenance, and customer services.
The installation time of the smartlock must be reserved 14 working days in advance. If any appointment installation or emergency installation service is less than 14 working days, the company will charge an additional fee, and the cost will be quoted by the company's staff.
Once the appointment of any model of smartlock installation service is confirmed, if there is any change or extension, it must be notified five working days in advance, and if the appointment is less than five working days, the company will charge HK$500 as an administrative fee.
a) Additional charges for outlying islands and remote areas (e.g. Discovery Bay, Perry Bay, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, etc. or areas with poor traffic and accessibility.), customers are required to pay a $ 500 surcharge for each on-site installation provided by the company. For units that cannot be reached directly by elevators, an additional HKD$50 will be charged for each staircase; and emergency repair services will be quoted separately.
b) If customers need to do repairs on-site, customers must make an appointment one week before with the company during office hours.
c) If customers need to purchase additional accessories, they shall be provided by Party A and sold by Party B to customers.
