· Due to the actual situation, HKTVmall and the store sales price, promotion activities, conditions and restrictions have different opportunities, all terms and conditions apply only to HKTVmall.
· To provide the best guarantee to consumers, we have a "Goods Return and Exchange Shopping Guarantee." When a customer finds that the goods are faulty and need to be returned within 3 days of receiving the goods, you can select the relevant order in the Order Record and press "Return merchandise issue" to deal with the problem or omission. Each purchase document is limited to one exchange, but no refund.
The following will not be subject to exchange processing arrangements:
1. Goods have been opened or used (e.g. Kaifeng tape or box has been torn off).
2. The goods were not kept in good packaging and were damaged, destroyed or incomplete.
3. Any discounted goods, clear goods or specialty goods that indicate that they are not accepted for return.
4. Any freebies, accessories, trial gifts.
5. Failure to produce a sales list of the goods or a purchase document that had been exchanged once.






 

2025 Lunar New Year Holiday Shipping Arrangement

January 21: Last shipping day before the holiday, cutoff time at 5:00 PM

January 22 - February 7: No shipments

February 8: Normal shipping resumes

Merchant Shipping goods from our store cannot be combined with goods sent by other merchants to calculate shipping charges. Any Merchant Delivery goods purchased from our store are free of charge, sent by SF Express, no postage
