1.  Natural crystal gemstones are imperfect; each piece varies in colour, depth, and texture. It is normal to have minor flaws such as fractures, cotton-like inclusions, impurities, and polish marks. (Perfectionists, please exercise caution when purchasing.) 

2.  Products are sent randomly (except for one image per item), and there may be colour variations between the pictures and the actual items. 

3.  Resizing of the item is generally accepted. However, if an enlargement is requested, it will depend on the availability of loose gemstones at that time and an additional fee for loose gemstones will be charged.
