1. Product Description: All items including AI smart toys & home bedding are 100% authentic with carefully selected materials. We provide accurate photos & descriptions, slight colour difference may occur due to different screen display settings.

2. Order & Payment: All orders are subject to available stock. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Order processing starts only after full payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery: Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days. Local delivery takes 3–7 working days, international delivery takes 7–15 working days. Transit time is for reference only and may be delayed by customs, weather or unexpected issues.

4. Return & Exchange Policy: Items with manufacturing defects can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days upon receipt. Opened/used AI toys and washed bedding cannot be returned without quality issues. Products for return must stay brand new with intact original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping for non-defect returns; we bear freight cost if error or faulty item is from our side.

5. Privacy Policy: We protect your personal data in accordance with Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and HKTVmall privacy rules. All parcels are packed discreetly to secure your privacy.
