Free delivery of general large household electrical appliances to various areas.Remote areas and special areas such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, etc. will charge an additional fee ranging from $150-$300
Regular delivery service:from Monday to Saturday(Unavalible on Sunday and public holidays)
Large home appliances are delivered directly by the agent, usually within two to five days from the date of purchase to the delivery address
Small household appliances such as fans, heaters, toasters, etc. do not include delivery service
If Parking fee(hourly rent)over $20,the client must make up the difference.(Applicable to Air-conditioning,Water Heater Engineering)

Things to note before delivery
SOHO Hong Kong SOHO SHOP always hopes to deliver goods according to the delivery time required by customers. So to help ensure your product is delivered smoothly, please check the following information and advice:
If the customer cannot confirm the delivery date on the day of placing the order, please arrange the delivery via WhatsApp notification after confirming the delivery date. Please inform 10 working days in advance.
Please provide us with the phone number we will be contacted on delivery day. The best option is a mobile phone number plus a landline phone number.
Please check the dimensions of the products before purchasing to ensure they will fit appropriately in the space/unit.
Please inform us in advance of any matters that may affect delivery, such as parking restrictions, special entrances, stairs, etc.
Please ensure there is a clear entrance for delivery vehicles.
Please ensure there is clear and sufficient space from the door to where the product is placed. You can try walking delivery routes to make it easier for the transportation team to deliver your products.
Please make sure to check that the new product you receive is the correct model and color.
Please ensure that the new product you receive is free of any damage and that all accessories are included before the delivery team leaves. If you have any questions, you can also call us within 7 days.
If any abnormalities are found in the product, they should be reported to the delivery team and recorded.
