3. Delivery Policy
Address confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/SMS within 24 hours.
To modify your address, reply within 1 hour. No changes are possible thereafter.
Important: Do not share your address via HKTVmall “Customer Services” for privacy protection.
Additional charges may apply:
HKD 20 for remote/residential addresses.
Stair-carrying fee if delivery exceeds 3 flights. A commercial address is recommended.
Applicable fees will be noted in the confirmation.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Only verified quality issues (e.g., malfunction or major defects) are accepted. Returns for preference, color variance, or wrong size are not permitted.
Submit a claim via HKTVmall within 7 days of receipt with evidence. One claim per order.
Verified issues receive a refund; rejected claims require return shipping at your cost.
5. Inspection & Receipt
Inspect the package before signing. Refuse and contact us if the box is damaged, items are defective, or quantity is incorrect. Once signed, goods are deemed accepted; related claims cannot be processed.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following key terms:
1. Products & Delivery
- Product Reference: Images may differ from the actual product colour, which shall prevail. Size data is for reference only.
- Delivery & Address: We will verify your address via WhatsApp or SMS within 24 hours of order confirmation. You must confirm or request changes within 1 hour of receiving the message. As items are shipped directly from overseas, address changes cannot be made after this deadline.
- Additional Charges: A HKD 20 surcharge may apply for delivery to remote/residential areas. Delivery may be unavailable or incur extra charges for addresses above the 3rd floor without lift access. Providing a commercial/industrial address is advised. Any applicable fees will be notified with the confirmation.
2. Returns & Refunds (Key Policy)
- Quality Issues Only: We only handle verified functional failures or major manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons (e.g., dislike, colour difference, wrong size, used items).
- Process & Deadline: Report any issues within 7 days of delivery via the HKTVmall platform with supporting evidence. Eligibility is subject to our final verification.
- Cost Responsibility: Return shipping for verified quality issues is our responsibility. Returns for non-quality issues will be rejected, and return shipping will be at your cost.
3. Inspection & Receipt
Always inspect the package upon delivery. If you find severe external damage, product damage, or item shortage, refuse acceptance immediately and contact us via the platform. Your signature (including by a proxy) confirms receipt of the goods in acceptable condition. We are not responsible for related issues thereafter.
